Your account and projects

Your account controls access to the client workspace, licensed resources and coaching tools. Negotiation projects are private to their owner. A company or administrator role does not by itself grant access to the contents of another person's negotiations.

Using the coach

When you request an AI response, relevant project information is processed by the configured AI service, DeepSeek. Submit only material you are entitled to share for this purpose. Suggestions remain subject to your review; generating a draft does not send it to a supplier.

Records and feedback

The platform keeps account, access, usage and change records needed to operate the service. Feedback you choose to send is stored on the server and shared with the review team. It includes the page and section, but does not automatically include your negotiation, chat history or private case identifiers. Support diagnostics are designed to exclude private case contents and credentials.
